jodyAfter having Justin Peters at my church, I was left with one impression, “powerfully humble”.  Through his physical weaknesses and fleshly limitations, the all-powerful Word of God flows most effectively.  In his seminar, “A Call for Discernment”, Justin confronts the deceptive false doctrines of the “Word of Faith” movement in a manner that is thorough, fair, and even-handed.  As a result, his passionate love for the Church and his unwavering commitment to sound, Biblical doctrine is made quite obvious. With the selfless heart of a faithful shepherd, he exposes the greed-filled hearts of the hirelings and false teachers that are so prevalent today.  I highly recommend Justin Peters to any church or Christian group.

Rod-BuntonJustin Peters is exceptional. He is well prepared, well researched and articulate. His seminar presentation provides excellent documentation exposing the Word of Faith teachers who prey on both unsuspecting believers and non-believers. Our church came away from the sessions knowing we had been biblically equipped to respond these heresies.

I suppose that you join me in my brokenness over how the truth is mishandled and people are manipulated in the name of Christ over networks like TBN. For many years I just changed the channel in utter disgust. However, when some of these teachers came to my town I could no longer turn my head the other way. In the providence of God I discovered the ministry of Justin Peters. Justin has studied the Word of Faith movement extensively. He has put together a multimedia presentation that exposes these false teachers as he drops the plumb line of God’s Word alongside their claims and teachings. Perhaps you underestimate the danger posed by these teachers and their teachings. There is more to their teaching than just a 'prosperity' gospel. Their teachings come from a cauldron of error brewing a broth of truth seasoned with lies that were born in the heart of Satan himself. How can we alert our members to the danger? I know of no better way to alert your congregation to the darkness that robes itself with light than to have Justin come and present his seminar entitled A Call for Discernment.

CBDriverJustin Peters Ministries offers to evangelical Christians a vital service -- a plan for restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ in our generation. The contemporary challenges of fragmented cultural relativism have invaded many of our churches; and, coupled with the advent of hucksters who offer a counterfeit gospel (that is really no good news), local churches are at a loss about how to get their members back on track. Follow Justin Peters through his riveting preaching, clear presentation of the gospel in every service, and seminar presentations that yield rich benefits to the people in your churches. One will be amazed to see "the lights coming on" in the understanding of the attendees at his engaging preaching and teaching sessions. Justin Peters offers sound doctrinal purity and compassion in abundance. Here is a ministry that takes us to the center of things in this confusing era. In a word, Justin Peters' call for discernment prepares Christians to develop and exercise spiritual discernment themselves, with incalculable benefits to believers today and for the generations following.

gary-dyerHaving Justin Peters share "A Call For Discernment" at First Baptist Church in Midland proved to be one of the most enlightening and profitable things we have ever done. Justin's insight, combined with his thorough research, make the sessions informative; his devotion to the Word of God and compassion for people make the sessions inspirational. It is no wonder, then, that our worship center was filled with people each night.

In a day when "sound bites" are more prominent than substance, Justin Peters provides a refreshing contrast. He sounds the alarm against theology that is entertaining and enticing, but erroneous and empty; and he sounds it thoroughly and accurately enough that there is no missing the point. Your church would do well to set aside time for "A Call For Discernment.

Someone in the business world might say Justin Peters has found a 'niche in the market.' As a pastor, I say God has given Justin a very unique and much needed ministry. As far as I know, very few - if any - in Baptist circles are addressing this issue of the so-called 'Health and Wealth' gospel. Yet many, if not most, have been affected by these 'preachers' in some way, either personally or through family or friends. The best words I know to describe Justin's seminar include 'thorough,' 'well-planned,' 'well- documented,' and 'relevant.' Those who have a disability, or know someone personally who has a disability, will certainly be enlightened and encouraged. Those who do not have a disability or a particular illness will be inspired by Justin's spirit, demeanor, and knowledge concerning the subject of the Word of Faith movement.

macarthurThe dangers of the Word of Faith Movement are as real as they are pervasive. The message from thousands of pulpits is that God wants you to be happy, healthy, and rich. But this is not biblical Christianity, as Justin Peters so adequately demonstrates in his exceptional presentation. With clarity and credibility, Peters exposes the Word of Faith Movement for what it really is—a farce. Local churches will benefit greatly from his personal experience and vast research on this important topic.

CIMG0801The example of the discerning Bereans (Acts 17:11), who even wanted to confirm that the preaching of an apostle accorded with Scripture before receiving it, is a timely warning to Christians in the 21st Century.

No one with even the most rudimentary knowledge of Scripture can fail to be appalled by the utter nonsense being propagated by the Word of Faith or Prosperity Gospel celebrities, whose shows dominate “Christian” television. Tragically numerous people are walking the road to perdition by trusting the false gospel of these charlatans, rather than being obedient to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

I urge all Christians to attend one of Justin Peters’ “A Call for Discernment” seminars which are being used of God to rescue many from error & apostasy.
